If you are a professional in the Soil Contamination Field, then you most likely have heard about the huge challenge and opportunity that China’s Soil Remediation Market brings.

In 2016 the State Council of China issued the Soil Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan. January this year, the Ministry of Environmental Protection issued the Management Methods on Soil Environment of Contaminated Sites. Currently, more than twenty provinces in China have issued the ‘Ten Plans on Soil Pollution’.

As a result, detailed investigation of the soil pollution status and systematic environmental site assessment for new construction land have started.  This led to the current booming prosperity of the soil remediation market.


Conference focused on Partnerships

The challenge is too big to address alone and the opportunity is more than big enough to enjoy and share benefits from cooperation. Therefore, Beijing GeoEnviron Engineering & Technology Inc. and Shanghai Greenment Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. together organize this Conference with focus on creating domestic and international partnerships.

The China Sustainable Environmental Remediation Partnership Conference will be hosted by the China Association of Environmental Protection Industry (CAEPI), an affiliate of the Ministry of Environmental Protection. 

The purpose of this conference is to promote domestic and international knowledge and opportunities and enhance cooperation in the field of sustainable remediation.


Conference Theme Sustainable Remediation in China

The theme of the conference is the “Adoption of Sustainable Remediation in China”. Officials from governmental authorities and experts from various sectors have been invited to support the launch of the “Green Sustainable Remediation Initiative”

Officials and experts both from China’s central and provincial level are invited to hold key note speeches. Honored guests include representatives of the Peking university, Tsinghua university, Chinese Research Academy of Environmental Sciences, Chinese Academy for Environmental Planning and other top environmental organizations in China.

The detailed agenda is provided below in Appendix A.



Call for Posters

We hereby sincerely invite both China domestic and overseas professional companies, institutes and individuals to demonstrate and promote their most up-to-date research and case studies. All posters shall be submitted before May 19th 2017.

Organizational Committee

This conference is associated with The 15th China International Environmental Protection Exhibition & Conference (CIEPEC2017), organized by CAEPI from June 13th to 14th 2017 in China’s International Exhibition Center in Beijing.

CIEPEC started in 1986 and is the oldest, most reputable and comprehensive international exhibition in China’s environmental protection industry.

All participants to the Partnership Conference will enjoy free access to CIEPEC2017 Conference and more than twenty associated professional forums.

Logistics and Expenses

General participants will be charged 1,800 RMB which will cover the cost of the event and lunch buffet for both days. Travel and accommodation arrangements are borne by the participants at their own cost.

Speakers and participants are also invited to contact us no later than May 19th 2017. Logistics and costs will be discussed on individual basis depending on your contribution.

c)  The poster shall be simple and specific, and may take figures and charts for demonstration.

d)  Resolution of the images shall suffice the need for jet drawing.

e)  The poster shall be in the following formats: jpg, tiff or bmp. Colored or black-white are both acceptable. The file shall not exceed 10M.
